George comes to DTTA at the Georgians having masses of experience in both playing and coaching. George was one of Britain's top junior players, holding the number 1 ranking at u18. George competed at Junior Wimbledon, making quarter-final of the boys doubles event. His junior career gave George the platform to earn a full scholarship at Mississippi State University, where he competed for three years, earning many awards and completed a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. George was part of a Mississippi State team that were ranked top 10 in the NCAA rankings. He also ranked very highly as an individual, making top 30 in singles and top 15 in doubles. Post university, George went on to compete on the ITF Pro Circuit, making a career high ATP ranking of 575. George made the finals of a futures event in the UK, and competed in challenger level events both domestically and abroad. After retiring from the Pro Circuit, George enrolled at the University of Hatfield to further his degree and train to become a physiotherapist. George's experience at multiple tennis clubs working in performance, on top of his playing career, makes him a coach that can take young players all the way through to Pro level, giving them both quality coaching and valuable knowledge of the Pro tour.
