For Improvers, we have a tennis programme where you will acquire new skills and be shown how to Serve, Rally and Score so that by the end you will be able to enjoy fun match-play with friends.

For Intermediate players these sessions focus on different areas of the game. You will improve with a mixture of skills training from our coaches and match-play with other players of your level.

Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity that features drills and games to provide pupils of all abilities with a high energy workout. It allows everyone to have a great cardio workout whilst improving skills at the same time.

On Saturday mornings we offer mixed social sessions which are free to play for members of all abilities.
